I've spent years in operations, largely across hotels and commercial businesses, and more recently I've been running operations-based project management for multi-tenant and guest accommodation. I also build software. Zaviira exists because my team and I kept looking for a platform that treated property operations as seriously as we do, and it didn't exist. What property managers, hosts and hotel owners are given today is a patchwork: a checklist app that can't talk to a task board, a group chat full of photos nobody can find again, a stock spreadsheet that's always a week out of date. None of it connects, so nothing is actually visible until something goes wrong.
So I built it myself, around one idea most platforms in this space treat as an afterthought: accountability isn't a feature, it's the whole point. When a guest disputes a charge, when a landlord questions whether a property was actually checked, when something goes wrong at 2am, "we think it was fine" isn't good enough. Every workflow in Zaviira exists to leave a real, verifiable record, developed by me personally, then tested by my team against a real building before it shipped, not signed off on a roadmap slide.
That discipline hasn't changed. Our first site runs Zaviira on live operations today, not a demo environment, and every new feature earns its place there before anyone else sees it.
