Sample evidence pack: a closed damp and mould case.
A real output from the Assure evidence pack generator, run on a fictional case. Every page is marked SAMPLE, fictional data.
1 minute readLast reviewed 19 October 2026Zaviira editorial review. Not a legal review.
This is what Assure produces when a case is closed and you ask for the location evidence pack. It was generated by the app itself, from a fictional case in a demonstration organisation. Every name, address, date and photo is invented, and every page is marked SAMPLE, fictional data.
What the pack shows
- The report. The tenant’s report, with the time it arrived and a request for an in person inspection.
- The investigation. Who carried it out, whether it included a physical inspection, and the outcome.
- The dates. The deadlines the app calculated from the Regulations, each with what was recorded against it.
- What was done. The written summary, safety advice, temporary rehousing, a further investigation and updates to the tenant.
- The repair. The work, the re-survey and the closing of the case.
- The record. An audit log of every step, and a verification hash printed on every page.
The document reference and verification hash in this sample were generated with the sample. They apply to this sample only.
A pack records what the system calculated and what people recorded. It does not say whether a landlord has complied with the law. Check the duties against the Regulations yourself.
